In Turkish, iz means the trace a movement leaves behind. The path a barbell draws in an Olympic lift is exactly such a trace. izLab is the lab that measures and reads it.
Uygulama Google Play'de “izLab Pekunlu Weightlifting” adıyla, izLab
geliştirici hesabı altında yayımlanmaktadır (paket: com.pekunlu.halter).
Türkçe ürün adı “izLab Pekünlü Halter”, akademik yayınlarda kullanılan sistem adı ise
izLab Weightlifting'dir. Üçü de aynı uygulamayı işaret eder.
Adın içindeki Pekünlü, merhum halter antrenörü Hilmi Pekünlü'nün anısınadır.

The application is published on Google Play as “izLab Pekunlu Weightlifting” under the
developer account izLab (package com.pekunlu.halter). Its Turkish product
name is “izLab Pekünlü Halter” and the system name used in academic publications is
izLab Weightlifting. All three refer to one and the same application.
Pekünlü in the name is in memory of the late weightlifting coach
Hilmi Pekünlü. The version evaluated in the validity–reliability study is
v7.2.0. izLab is an independent, non-commercial research and development identity
maintained by the author.

Bu ad değişmeyecektir. izLab, bu ürünün ve diğer ölçüm sistemlerinin geliştirildiği araştırma birimidir; hocanın adının yerini almaz, ürün adında onun önünde yer alır.
The application is dedicated to the memory of coach Hilmi Pekünlü, who passed away before he could ever use it, and it was released to the public under his name. That name will not change. izLab is the research unit in which this product and the other measurement systems are developed; it does not replace the coach's name, it precedes it in the product name.
